Some call their burgers "killers". Our burgers are "life-savings". Why? You curl the sleeves of your shirt or sweater to get ready to eat one, you bite into it… and it immediately feels like poetry and absolute tastiness. The celestial meeting of well-balanced “bun” and “patty” excites the palate, the heart and mind.

Ours is the best burger in Florence, because we personally select the meat from our trusted butcher, whom we have known for years and years and always put the best cuts aside for us. In the homeland of the (Fiorentina) steak it is perhaps easy to find good meat ... we strive to find the excellent one. Tasty and able to hold up well to cooking, reveal itself in all its flavor between two slices of bread, like a treasure chest when the casket is opened.

If the meat is tasty, the bread is fragrant, fresh and a bit crunchy, to give a pleasant experience to the touch. Sauces, tomatoes, onions, salads, melted cheese and other ingredients complete our celebration of iconic overseas food, revisited and enhanced by us with an eye to Italian tradition.
