Queen of the Italian Pils, the lightness of the water that descends from the Dolomites is enhanced, creating a beer with a round and elegant taste. Its head is compact and creamy, embellished with floral notes from the cold dosage of noble hops such as Spalt Select.

Dolomiti Non Filtrata (Unfiltered Dolomiti) has a unique flavor and color, resulting from a primary fermentation in the historic and unique «Rostenit» cellars inspired by the concept of the open tank. The re- fermentation in vertical tanks combined with the very long maturation give this product creaminess and unique aromas.

The word “freeride” stands for pure fun and a sense of freedom, in a beer that focuses on hops, revealing aromas of tropical fruit, grapefruit and bitter orange that fade into balsamic notes. Its head is candid and persistent, rich in noble resins of the best hops in circulation.

Citrus blanche with grapefruit pulp, orange, lemon and bergamot peel. Innovative and surprising, light and refreshing, it gradually develops a marked and enveloping bitterness. Not the usual blanche, but the blanche reinterpreted in a post-modern key.

The black one of the Tuscan brewery, with a strong presence of toasted malts and hops and a single English hop, the Fluggle. Very fragrant and intense, on the palate it reveals balanced hints of coffee, licorice and bitter chocolate, refined by a herbaceous recall and the dry and hoppy finish.

Imperial IPA-style beer with the addition of organic honey, with a structured and strong herbaceous smell, including hints of citrus (mandarin) and wood. Soft from the first sip, the honey is pleasantly balanced with the important bitterness. An elegant beer with a strong bitter note.
